Quality Assurance (QA) can be defined as the set of processes implemented by ¶þËÄÁùÌìÌìºÃ²Ê in order to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of higher education while respecting the responsibility of the University towards society. The QA is pursued through the management of coordinated actions aimed at guiding and controlling the processes that characterize it. The actions envisaged consist of planning, management, monitoring and self-assessment (internal and external verification activities) of training and scientific activities. The reference used by ¶þËÄÁùÌìÌìºÃ²Ê to define its own QA system is that defined by the National Agency for the Evaluation of the University System and Research (ANVUR). The Governing Bodies define the general guidelines of the ¶þËÄÁùÌìÌìºÃ²Ê quality policy and make use of the Academic Quality Assurance to supervise and support the implementation of procedures at all levels, also ensuring the management of internal and external information flows.
